Cross Training is for volunteers, youth directors, pastors...those who are new to youth ministry, and those who have been around the block. You will be equipped with core youth ministry skills, Lutheran theology, and Biblical understanding. In the midst of the training you will have opportunities to network with other adults who work with youth, nurture your soul, and have fun. You will leave the training with a new outlook on ministry, tools to use, colleagues to support you, and a refreshed spirit.
